My mom left Jordan when I was about 6 years of age, and she came to jordan the first time to get me out the nice way but of course it didnt work, people always have to make things harder.
Well, me and my mom were planing on getting out of Jordan for a long time. I had told her that our last names were on the non-travel list and I asked her if she could change at least the last names. Every sunday she called and we would talk about this in english so nobody would understand what we are talking about, and of course with help from ______________________.
I loved reuniting with my family and I knew thats where I belong, but change was very hard, and now its a lot easier, but it will never be the same for me as everybody else here.
People should know that parental kidnapping is very hard. First of all, it misses up the child emotionally. They should STOP, and decide whats best for the children with cooperation from both sides. They should consider the child's thoughts and decisions about the situation because its their life after all, and think about the future, and how its going to effect the childern". - Dana 2009
